ATLA Rogers

My friend Rogers is very tall and skinny, though not as tall nor as skinny as Lei, but we'll get to him later.
Rogers' colours are incredibly toned down, not that he isn't fun to talk to or hang out with, but colour-wise this is just what he makes me think of~
